Folsom Christmas Lights, North and South of Highway 50

Highway 50 cuts Folsom into two different jobs for a light crew. North of it, Folsom is older trees and, on a lot of streets, no HOA. South of it, in Folsom Ranch, it’s new construction, young trees and an association for most villages. That’s why Reindeer Christmas Lights keeps a page for each neighborhood we work in.

Each page answers what Folsom homeowners ask us first. Who governs the neighborhood, and whether there are decoration rules to check. What the houses are like: one story or two, custom or tract, gutters that have been up for decades or ones installed last year. How big the trees are, because a young trunk and a mature canopy get wrapped differently. Then how the job runs: a phone call, the photos you send, a written plan, install day, repairs if something goes dark, and the January takedown.

Every plan starts with the same two things: you on the phone at (916) 570-9568, and your photos in our inbox.
